Are you a results-driven project leader with experience in FMCG or food retail? We’re hiring a Global Projects Lead to deliver high-impact initiatives across several international markets in the foodservice and convenience sector. You’ll drive strategic growth through projects like category development, supply chain optimisation, store rollouts, and food safety compliance. Working closely with local teams and senior stakeholders, you'll lead cross-functional teams and turn data into actionable results.
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced project management (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile)
- Experience in food/FMCG/convenience retail, particularly in the set-up of new stores or café concepts
- Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills
- Comfortable with data, planning tools, and presentations
You will be predominantly home-based but it would be nice to feel part of our fantastic team by being in the office in the southwest once a week.
