Our client is a fashion brand now seeking an Assistant Manager for their new store opening in Bicester Village. This role will initially be a 6 month contract. The Assistant Manager candidate will have a natural passion for fashion and trends, be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results driven to support the General Store Manager.

Assistant Manager role:
- Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team reflects brand values in all interactions.
- Manages store operations with financial responsibility and integrity.
- Shares strong product knowledge with the sales team to enhance expertise.
- Conducts ongoing market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service by all team members.

The package:
