Woodland Group is recruiting an Air Import Coordinator for our team in Hayes, Middlesex. The Air Import Co-ordinator will work closely with the Import team and HMRC, prepping and clearing shipments through customs, working closely with other operation sections and departments. Reporting to the Air Freight Manager the Air Import Coordinator will supply a high level of service to both internal colleagues, suppliers, and clients alike when completing Import Customs formalities. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 7am-7pm. Woodland Group is more than just a logistics and supply chain company. Monitoring ETAs of incoming shipments and keeping the import team and customers updated of any delays or changes in the schedule. Housekeeping on internal systems. Deal with all queries and claims quickly and efficiently. Provide transport team with the relevant information and documentation to ensure pickups and customer delivery requirements are met. Work closely with the transport team, including planning and arranging collections from the airline Work with the import team to continually improve processes and business performance. Understanding and adhering to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role. You\’ll be experienced in Air Freight Imports, FCL and Customs Clearance from start to finish.
