Responsibilities of a Document Automation Manager:
- Lead the Document Automation team, act as the firm’s SME and ensure the projects align with the firm's business strategy.
- Manage relationships between software providers and service providers for document automation.
- Continue to build relationships across the firm globally to create a pipeline of work for the document automation team.
- Work on end-to-end document automation processes including collaborating with vendors on timescales on upgrades and internal IT teams for implementation.
- Overseeing the design, development, testing and delivery stages.
- Support, lead and mentor the wider team.
Experience required for a Document Automation Manager:
- Proven experience working with Document Automation tools such as HotDocs, in a developer role.
- Familiarity/experience working within legal or professional service backgrounds.
- Ideally experience working on tech-related projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
