As Finance & Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day finance operations, producing insightful reports, and ensuring contract and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Resources, you'll be a trusted internal business partner across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and cashflow
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT, payroll, Gift Aid
- Support contracts, audits, risk register and compliance (H&S, GDPR, etc.)
- Liaise with external partners (auditors, banks, pension providers)
About You:
- Experienced in financial management (charity/public sector ideal)
- Part- or fully-qualified, or qualified by experience
- Skilled in Excel + finance systems (Business Central a plus)
- Clear communicator, analytical thinker, highly organised
