My client are looking for a versatile and motivated Junior Project and Lighting Design to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in both the design and manufacturing processes of the company’s products. You will be involved in all phases of product development, working from initial concepts through to final production. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is eager to apply their technical skills in a creative and hands-on environment. You will be working alongside an in-house team who use the latest design software including Relux and DIAlux to produce lighting designs and schemes for their clients. Whether the client requires LED or traditional lighting design and products, the company has solutions to cover interior, exterior, commercial, industrial and domestic applications. You will assist in putting tenders together, support the creation of design documentation, interpret engineering drawings and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate will be someone who has a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in engineering (not essential) and has experience utilising Relux or DIAlux. Salary: £25,000-£35,000
