Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge? I am looking for a Night Shift Manager. Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage. I am recruiting for a busy Night Shift, so you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns.
Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 100 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPIs, adhere to and monitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.
Salaries between £35k and £41k depending on experience, plus bonus and other great benefits. IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE.
