Debit Card Specialist Permanent London Salary up to £65k The incumbent will work in the Operations Team, the Debit Card Specialist Associate will work on both the debit card product and operations processing. Approximately 40% of the role will consist of the debit card responsibilities, including the build, maintenance, and management of the Bank’s card programme, and managing the relationship with the Bank’s Debit Card vendor (FIS). The ideal candidate will develop and implement plans to drive the debit card programme forward to comply with scheme requirements and meet the needs and expectations of the card holders. Additionally, they will conduct regular reviews on scheme changes, market trends, study competitor activities, identify opportunities and controls costs. Assisting the Senior Operations Manager, they will drive the department forward to ensure that improvements in controls and efficiencies and is prepared to meet the challenges of a dynamic work environment (increasing work volume, regulatory changes, new products, and new systems). The remaining 60% of the role is operations processing – this includes processing of bookings and payments for Treasury deals, financing deals and client transactions, running Treasury Middle Office processes and assisting in the creating and updating of procedure documentation, as well as assisting with audit pre…
