A well-established garden design company is launching a brand-new retail and studio space - a beautiful, welcoming shop that will showcase elegant garden accessories, seasonal flowers and outdoor living pieces, alongside a working design studio where clients can meet the team and talk through their projects.
This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for someone who's confident running a retail environment, enjoys sourcing beautiful products, and can also lend a hand behind the scenes with admin and office support.
You'll be at the heart of the day-to-day running of the shop - from curating stock and building relationships with suppliers, to making sure every customer feels welcomed and inspired. No two days will be quite the same, which is why we're looking for someone who's organised, adaptable, and enjoys variety in their role.
Previous retail management experience is essential, and ideally you'll bring a flair for buying and visual presentation. A love of gardens or design would be a natural fit - but just as important is your energy, warmth, and ability to keep things running smoothly, both in-store and in the office.
If you're excited by the idea of helping shape something new - not just a job, but a destination - we'd love to hear from you.
