Job Description Our Customer Service team is growing 🎉 Adanola exists because of our customers, so we strive to have a team of people that are dedicated to making sure our new, returning and extremely loyal customers are very well looked after. About the role: Support existing customers, or potential customers by resolving issues as they arrive, improving the overall customer journey and by generating customer loyalty though exceptional online customer service. Respond on a variety of mediums such as email, social media and telephone, to a high standard within a fast-paced environment. Responsible for own performance outputs such as: Volume of customer enquiries, efficiencies including average handling times, 90%+ quality score, attendance and timekeeping, and giving weekly feedback to improve performance and service. About you: Excellent communication skills with literacy skills at a high standard The ability to be adaptive and responsive to change Communicate effectively in high-pressure scenarios, such as complaint handling/dealing with difficult customers.
