Services & Audit Operative

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Services & Audit Operative to join our expanding Services Team in our Reading location

The role involves device provisioning, cross-platform imaging, asset collection and recording, and shipment preparation, among other varied daily work.

This role would support the Services Team members in providing our clients with a first-class white glove service, and the Audit Team in collecting information, data sanitisation and grading at other times.

Reporting to the Services and Audit Leads, this is a hands-on role where your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction. You’ll image and pre-provision devices, apply screen protectors and asset tags, and prepare systems for white-glove delivery within the Services Team.

The Audit role includes secure data sanitisation, compliance auditing, and efficiently meeting SLAs. All this within supportive and skilled teams that value quality and precision. Appropriate training will be provided to bring your skills into focus with the roles undertaken.

Please note: the successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS and security checks.
