Consegna Talent is supporting a directly authorised new-build brokerage partnered with major developers such as Bloor Homes, Redrow, Barratt Homes, and David Wilson, among others, with long-term supplier contracts in place.
As a New Build Advisor, you will be assigned 2 or 3 developers to manage and make your own. One of our most recent hires is now managing seven new-build developers in her region, receiving multiple leads on a weekly basis and consistently writing over £20k of business per month. There are also opportunities in the future to transition away from new business and focus on servicing your existing customers’ remortgages.
Due to the continued growth of the business, they are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team and support new developer contracts.
How it works:
- The role will be fully remote, with a requirement to attend your sites once a month or on launch/event days.
- You will be completing appointments booked by the Developers or Admin Team.
- Protection cover is referred over to a dedicated team, and you will receive a 10% referral from this.
- All appointments are normally completed via phone.
- With full admin support provided, this means you will be able to maximise your time and focus on writing more business.
Purpose of the role:
- To help arrange the mortgage for customers who put deposits down on new builds/plots to get the best possible mortgage based on their circumstances.
- Work with your dedicated developers to complete the mortgage applications.
- Be on hand to ensure the appointments are attended promptly after being booked to your calendar or passed over via phone.
- 10% referral for passing protection cover over to the dedicated Protection team.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered).
- 1-2 years' experience working as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Clean driver’s license & have a car - requirement to travel to sites once a month.
- Clean credit file.
- Experience in advising on new-build mortgages is preferable.
- Good communicator.
- Face-to-face and telephone-based appointments.
