Role Overview:
The Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering enablement to partners on various cloud solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft technologies/solutions (cloud). The role mainly involves supporting strategic business areas such as security, AI, modern work environments, and cloud services like Microsoft 365, Azure, and CoPilot.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate would have expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Intune, Sentinel, and Defender. They should be capable of working as part of a team, maintaining high technical standards, and demonstrating:
- Experience in delivering enablement on Microsoft 365 (M365) and/or Microsoft Azure.
- A proactive willingness to learn and cooperate with colleagues to ensure robust technical delivery.
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner.
- Good communication, organisational, and literacy skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical enablement and pre-sales assistance across all teams.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AI-900, MS-102, AZ-305 (or similar) are preferred.
