Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:
- Raise awareness of Social Value strategy and educate and engage project team(s) in its delivery
- Lead on the delivery of Social Value Strategies across multiple projects
- Internally and externally report on output delivery
- Chair stakeholder meetings and give presentations
- Develop and implement KPIs and delivery plans aligned to company and client Social Value priorities
- Keep up to date with current social value trends and promote best practice, including impact evaluation and measurement tools
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships with delivery partners, site teams and supply chain
- Monitor and evaluate all social value delivery, tracking outcomes and recording on impact software
