Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: South East London Salary: £22K – £24K basic + car allowance OTE (On Target Earnings): £35K – £45K (Year 1) Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm Friday: 9:30am – 5:00pm Alternate Saturdays (with a day off during the week when working a Saturday) Key Responsibilities: Handling inquiries and managing the sales process for residential properties. Conducting viewings and negotiations. Building relationships with clients to drive sales. Providing expert advice on property market conditions and trends. Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Managing property listings and working closely with the team to close deals. Ideal Candidate: A MINIMUM of one year of experience in sales or lettings (though transferable skills or relevant work experience will be considered). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
