Salary: PO4 £24,992 - £26,509 inclusive of London Weighting

Hours: 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum. This will be a fixed term post for one year.

The Post:

The role of the School Business Manager is central to the success of our school and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our friendly and committed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, in conjunction with the Headteacher, SLT and Governing Board, the strategic development and management of Finance, Human Resources, Premises, Health and Safety and IT.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have a positive, confident and flexible approach while managing a diverse and demanding workload and be self-motivated, dynamic and innovative. The role requires a leader with proven interpersonal skills and expertise in leading, managing and growing teams.
