Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb delivers unique dining and venue management at some of the world's most iconic locations.

Rhubarb are proud to partner with Frameless London's permanent digital immersive arts and culture experience. We manage all Events and Hospitality at the venue and are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Events to drive the on-site events business forward into 2024 and beyond. Frameless features some incredible events spaces, perfect for receptions, dinners, awards, business meetings, product launches and filming.

Role Purpose

As the Head of Events, you'll be accountable for the full events cycle. You will be the conduit between RHC and Frameless, receiving all enquiries and leading weekly ops meetings. You'll need to manage all functionality within the venue pertaining to events including briefing the Frameless team on the requirements from them and managing third parties involved. You'll also line manage two superb Event Planners; great leadership skills are just as important as organisational skills, as well as working closely with Rhubarb's legendary events team on everything food and drink.

Proven experience as a venue-based Senior Event Manager or Head of Events is essential. Ideally, you will have worked within a similar cultural venue or visitor attraction; although we will happily consider applicants from hotels and event caterers. We are a modern venue and you'll need to manage a degree of ambiguity and adapting requirements. You'll need to LOVE food and drink and have exceptional knowledge of the London food market and current trends.
