Location & Venue
Sitting in a commanding position overlooking the expansive Longsands Beach, this art deco‑style building has been completely renovated. Located in Tynemouth, it offers stunning views of the coastline and easy access to the seafront. The building houses a pub restaurant with 250 internal and 300 external covers, a fish and chip takeaway, and an ice‑cream and coffee parlour, adding to the vibrant coastal experience.

Role Overview
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
- Maintain high standards by collaborating with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
- Communicate effectively, manage time, and organise tasks to work efficiently under pressure.
- Prepare food items in a timely manner, keeping a clean and well‑staffed working station.
- Deliver exceptional food service and presentation from start to finish.
