Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving demand generation and business growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play a crucial role in executing marketing initiatives that generate inbound leads and revenue, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimise performance.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, utilising HubSpot to evaluate and refine efforts for maximum effectiveness. Your work will span content creation, website optimisation, PR activities, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader growth strategy. A new website is about to be launched, providing a strong foundation to execute targeted campaigns rather than focusing on brand-heavy initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives while maintaining autonomy in execution. You will be proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, ensuring marketing efforts drive meaningful business impact.

You will also maintain strong relationships with leading financial media institutions such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Business Insider.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and business growth
  • Utilise HubSpot to track, analyse, and optimise marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Enhance the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms
  • Drive PR and thought leadership opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers
  • Design and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions, refining strategies based on performance insights
  • Assess marketing effectiveness through data analysis, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts
  • Align marketing strategies with the company’s new CRM system to ensure seamless integration and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and manage unresponsive or bounced contacts, contributing to new business opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing tools, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of innovation
  • Conduct competitor analysis to track industry trends and present insights to senior management
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports in monthly board meetings, highlighting key achievements and data-driven recommendations
