Are you an organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment? Our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their growing operations team in Paulton, Bristol. Ideally, you will have had some administrative experience within a financial services environment. This is an onsite role.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the firm's business divisions
- Assist with monthly billing, document filing, and meeting coordination
- Manage client onboarding processes in line with Money Laundering regulations
- Be a first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
- Support internal and external events and help keep the office running smoothly
- Take on relevant projects and provide occasional cover for service line administrators
