Global Marketing Manager, based in London for a leading global medical aesthetics brand. Our client, a leading global medical aesthetics brand, is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the Global Marketing team as Global Marketing Manager.
Your role
Reporting to, and working closely with the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing international marketing strategies and campaigns, customer acquisition and revenue growth across diverse global markets. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing the global brand strategies in the B2B and B2B2C space of their aesthetic injectable brand. Whilst leading the highly talented Global Brand Team you’ll be ensuring the company develops and delivers the annual Global Brand Plan and strategic framework. This role will be working closely with internal departments, such as R&D and sales to ensure both short- and long-term plans are created, tracked for effectiveness, and adjusted where needed to deliver company goals.
You’ll be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and training tools across global and local teams. Externally, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external agencies, as well as KOLs. You’ll need to gather company and competitor insights to enable the success of campaigns and be able to deliver counter-competitive strategies. You will have responsibility for supporting financial forecasts and developing metrics to ensure campaign success.
The skills and experience required
You will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven background in delivering global strategic plans across diverse markets. You will be degree educated, in business or medical field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a global role within medical aesthetics, pharma, optical or similar. You’ll need to be an experienced leader of people with the ability to manage globally.
