We’re now looking to grow our Design team with a Junior Designer, as we bring on new, exciting clients and continue to produce outstanding work for existing clients.

Details about the Role
You are a curious and detail-oriented junior designer seeking a place to grow and develop your skills in bringing social creative concepts to life for exciting local and global brands. You will work closely with the midweight designer to support the design direction of projects and have the opportunity to learn from the creative director. A keen eye for detail and a love of social media are essential for this role, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the graphic designer for clients, producing assets for organic social for feed and story posts to drive engagement, and performance-driven statics for paid social creative.
- Support in shaping the look & feel and design guidelines for our clients.
- Contribute strategic recommendations to optimise our content ideas and designs, to continuously improve and push the boundaries of our design delivery.
- Support our New Business team in presentation design.
- Create mockups to showcase our capabilities for pitches.
- Design and prepare internal presentations and brand documents.
Nice to have: A desire to learn other skills, such as art direction or motion design, to broaden your design capabilities, is also desirable. The selected candidate will report to our Midweight Graphic Designer, who will be there to support your day-to-day work, nurture your skillset as a designer and work with you on strategic projects.
Requirements Experience and Knowledge:
- A minimum of 1+ years in industry, with a strong design portfolio that showcases your best social and digital design skills.
- Strong experience within the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as experience with Canva.
- A good understanding of design principles, such as colour theory, typography, design layout, composition and user experience.
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
