Backed by leading climate investors and advised by globally recognised carbon market and conservation experts, the firm has already secured strong traction with top-tier corporates and is actively progressing large-scale commercial opportunities. With a portfolio of over one million nature-based carbon credits and still growing, our client is entering a critical phase of commercial execution. The person in this role will help shape how the organisation engages corporate buyers, with direct exposure to live deals and the ability to influence strategy, sector targeting, and positioning. You’ll report to the Commercial Director and work closely with the COO to define and implement go-to-market approaches. For the right candidate, this is a chance to grow with the business and play a central role in its commercial evolution. Build and grow a pipeline of high-integrity corporate and institutional credit buyers Manage complex, high-value voluntary carbon credit transactions from start to finish Support active commercial discussions and develop new buyer relationships Help define account prioritisation and outreach plans in collaboration with senior leadership Proven track record of selling to corporate sustainability teams or carbon credit buyers, ideally with experience in large or complex transactions Strong understanding of the voluntary carbon market, including how buyers evaluate quality, co-benefits, additionality, and integrity Ability to independently manage full sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping, proposal development, negotiation, and close Creative, persistent, and comfortable engaging senior commercial decision-makers Access strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and equity participation in a scaling, investor-backed business Work directly with senior leadership to drive sales and shape commercial strategy Help scale the next generation of trusted, science-led carbon credits designed for long-term environmental integrity
