We have an exciting new opportunity for a leading Hampshire law firm - they are looking for an experienced Mid Level Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team as a contractor for approximately 4 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General commercial property law support and advice
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as acquisitions, transactional work, leases, negotiations, due diligence and advising on contracts.
Work pattern: Ideally 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home - however, the preferred candidate they are happy to work fully remotely.
Days: 5 days a week, full-time hours
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months
IT Equipment: Equipment will be provided by the client.
