Are you a learning and development professional with significant experience in managing the full life cycle of Apprenticeships? We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about development and can define and deliver our apprenticeship strategy. You’ll be maximising our levy to drive the capability across our teams, increasing skills and developing future talent. This role is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience.
With strong project management skills, you will have the ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate with a range of people, teams and external suppliers from our Nottingham head office to nationally in our clubs across the UK.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Buzz’s Apprenticeship Offer.
- Source appropriate apprenticeship programs tailored to the needs of individuals and Buzz, collaborating with providers and subject matter experts to determine skills, competencies, and training requirements.
- Support learners on their journey, ensuring external providers deliver what’s needed for success.
- Oversee and manage the quality of apprenticeship provision, setting up quality assurance systems to ensure excellent outcomes.
Your knowledge and experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Apprenticeships, including managing quality assurance from enrollment to EPA.
- Strong communication, project management, and IT skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including both providers and apprentices.
