Are you a learning and development professional with significant experience in managing the full life cycle of Apprenticeships?
We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about development and can define and deliver our apprenticeship strategy. You’ll be maximising our levy to drive the capability across our teams, increasing skills and developing future talent.
With strong project management skills, you will have the ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate with a range of people, teams and external suppliers from our Nottingham head office to nationally in our clubs across the UK.

Your tasks and responsibilities
To manage all aspects of Buzz’s Apprenticeship Offer. You will be sourcing appropriate apprenticeship programs tailored to the needs of the individual and Buzz. This involves collaborating with different providers and subject matter experts to determine the skills, competencies, and training requirements for each apprenticeship.
Not only will you onboard external providers you will support the Learners on their journey ensuring the supplier is delivering what’s needed to achieve success.
You will oversee and manage the quality of apprenticeship provision provided by Apprenticeship Providers; setting out a quality assurance system to ensure they’re measured appropriately and ensure they’re driving excellent outcomes for our colleagues.
Your knowledge and experience
A minimum of 2 years working with Apprenticeships and a good knowledge of all the processes from enrolment to EPA, including experience of managing quality assurance.
Excellent levels of Communication, Project Management and IT skills.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, proven by your experience working across both Apprenticeship Providers and Apprentices.
