Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid (3 days in office) The Reward Team provides subject matter expertise on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally. It provides insights and recommendations through internal and external market reviews and analysis to ensure that data supports. The team also provides operational support on group Reward programs such as group bonuses and annual salary reviews. The role is key in supporting all annual Reward processes, including annual salary reviews, benefits renewals (UK), and maintaining the Job Architecture. It will also support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design and new initiatives. Lead the annual Reward processes such as pay review and bonuses. # Support the Reward Analyst in maintaining the Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey. Review salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shifts. # Lead on the implementation of new reward initiatives. # Manage relationships with third party benefit providers and resolve escalated benefits and pensions queries (2nd Stage). Experience and personal qualities The role requires experience across all areas of compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking. Advanced Excel and numeric skills. Comfortably working with large datasets that delicately interconnect, whilst ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS (Workday) and Excel (and vice versa). Workday or larger HCM, such as SAP or Oracle, experience preferred.
