This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Product Manager who has experience within reporting/databases. The established product team require this new role to complete the overall service offering to users; which is to scope, design, build and test the reporting function. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical and management teams, you will play a key part in enabling this product to operate as a true global leader.

Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Development, Data Strategy, Prioritisation, Team work & Collaboration across the business
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the reporting product roadmap
  • Use internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities
  • Work with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval for reporting
  • Understand data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ensure reporting tools comply with relevant legal requirements
  • Explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated report generation
  • Help stakeholders define and refine requirements
  • Central point of contact for stakeholders and the development teams
  • Assist with user adoption and reporting of successes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business (or related field)
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager experience
  • Strong experience in data/reporting and of building a reporting dashboard / related features from 0-1
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience using Power BI or other analytics tools
  • Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and drive business value
