We’re growing our Leadership & Professional Development (L&PD) team in the UK and looking for an experienced consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategic insight and human impact.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver transformative leadership programs that fuel performance, culture change, and growth. Our programs span from emerging leaders to C-suite executives, and blend deep behavioural science, business strategy, and human connection.
- You’ll be part of a team that advises clients on their leadership development strategy, translating business goals into powerful learning journeys.
- Designs and delivers scalable programs using Korn Ferry’s proprietary methodologies, tools, and assessments.
- Facilitates immersive in-person and virtual learning experiences that build critical capabilities—whether it's leading through change, developing inclusive cultures, or accelerating executive readiness.
- Contributes to business development, including writing proposals, shaping solutions, and growing key accounts.
- You’ll also play a leadership role internally—mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices across our global community, and contributing to the evolution of our L&PD offerings.
What You Bring
- Experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation or consulting.
- Strong skills in program design, learning architecture, and instructional development.
- Ability to lead complex client projects, often global or multi-sector.
- Knowledge of talent, leadership and assessment trends.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to quality and impact.
- UK work rights (we’re unable to sponsor at this time).
Bonus if you have:
- ICF coaching credentials.
- Experience with assessment debriefs, team development, or executive learning.
