Job Title: Independent Financial AdviserLocation: BristolSalary: £60,000 – £80,000 (Depending on Experience)

They are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their friendly and driven team. This is a rare chance to step into a well-supported role, inheriting a strong and loyal client bank, with ongoing lead generation from other areas of the business.

The firm prides itself on delivering a high-quality, personalised advice service, and they’re looking for someone who shares their client-first approach.

You’ll benefit from full Paraplanning and administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best — building relationships and delivering expert financial advice.

The Required Skills:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning & CAS
• Experience providing holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, and protection
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams
