As the Assistant Manager you will be confident in driving your business to achieve company sales goals, traffic stopping, delivering exceptional customer service and performing facial treatments.

• Salary up to £34,000
• Commission on overall counter sales

• Lead and inspire a team of beauty consultants
• Support and drive all KPI's for the business
• Build and maintain key relationships in store
• Training and development
• Perform facial treatments
• Develop and maintain clientele

• Background and passion in the beauty industry
• Previous Counter Manager or Assistant Manager experience essential
• Beauty Therapy qualifications min level 2 desirable
• Experience in planning and executing events
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Skills in building and nurturing a loyal clientele
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
