p strong Who we are looking for /strong /p p A Supplier Relationship Officer, who will be involved in all aspects of supplier engagement and their ongoing performance management. /p p br br Below, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck. br /p p The role of Supplier Relationship Officer is pivotal in all facets of supplier engagement and performance management. /p p br /p p Acting as a central point of expertise within the Business for supplier relationship management, you will understand business requirements and co-ordinate tasks to ensure the continuous monitoring of supplier performance aligns with Company policy. /p p br /p p The contract renewal process for our preferred suppliers will be initiated promptly, enabling comprehensive reviews, potential re-negotiations of terms and conditions and commercial agreements. /p p br /p p You will facilitate supplier reviews, ensuring supplier relationships are reaching their full potential, whilst also building and developing engagement and visibility with our internal customers and stakeholders. /p p br /p p Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment. /p p br /p p strong Preferred skills and experience /strong /p ul li Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. /li li CIPS qualified at level 4+ or the equivalent in workplace experience. /li li Extensive experience in procurement with expertise in supplier management, negotiations, benchmarking and tendering for Value for Money (VFM). /li li Experience of building effective working relationships across all levels of the Business. /li li Firm understanding of procurement principles, legislation and regulations. /li li Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint. /li li Experience in developing reports and analysing data. /li li Ability to work under own supervision, whilst being a team player. /li li Highly efficient in meeting deadlines and managing priorities. /li li Strong process, planning and delivery skills. /li /ul p br /p p strong Main Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Reviewing due diligence to mitigate supply chain risks and manage the Preferred Supplier List. /li li Coordinating framework agreements to enhance supplier performance and achieve VFM. /li li Collaborating with suppliers and service owners to address supplier issues. /li li Negotiating and establishing performance criteria for suppliers, ensuring achievable KPIs. /li li Identifying and confirming service owners and end product users for new categories. /li li Auditing existing suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs and regulatory standards. /li li Managing the tender review process from Invitation to Tender (ITT) to contract finalisation. /li li Gathering market data for benchmarking and exploring sourcing options in new territories. /li li Serving as a central point of expertise in procurement policy and continuous improvement. /li li Supporting the Procurement management team in onboarding, due diligence initiatives and strategy whilst supporting other members of the team when needed. /li /ul p br /p p By applying to us you are agreeing to share your Personal Data in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Policy which can be found at bet365careers.com/careers/documents/privacypolicy.pdf /p
