Are you currently working within Employee Benefits consulting and looking to take the next step in your career? BWD have an excellent opportunity that would suit people from a number of backgrounds. We are collaborating with a leading consultancy firm who are looking to strengthen their DC pensions and employee benefit offering with several key hires.

They are looking for technical EB consultants to work on projects helping clients with complex and technical issues. They are also looking for people with strong business development skills that can help grow the department and drive it forward. Both roles will offer an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving market, it would suit someone with 5+ years within healthcare and group risk consulting.

As a senior member of the team you will have chance to work on proposition development, leadership and overall growth of the team and business. You will manage a portfolio of clients delivering on risk management, compliance, reviews, reports and act as a primary point of contact for escalated matters.

Experience Required:

  • 5 years + experience of working within an employee benefit consultancy setting working with flexible benefits, risk and healthcare.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK and global EB products with experience of advising clients on trust and insurance based schemes.
  • Strong experience of managing people helping with work distribution, delivery and mentoring.
