Role Overview
Customer Interaction & Service Explanation:Â Greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, provide clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines, and offer relevant recommendations based on vehicle condition.
Scheduling & Coordination:Â Efficiently schedule service appointments, coordinate loan vehicles or shuttle services, and communicate customer concerns to Service Technicians for accurate diagnosis and resolution.
Job Monitoring & Updates:Â Monitor job progress, update customers on any delays, and identify additional service opportunities, while ensuring compliance with warranty and service procedures.
Record Keeping & Payment Processing:Â Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and customer profiles, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions.
Customer Follow-up & Feedback:Â Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction, address complaints, solicit feedback for improvement, and maintain positive customer relationships.
