We are seeking a Bank Reconciliations focused Accounts Assistant, you will have experience of high volume and complex reconsiliations within multiple BankAccounts. Your focus will be to ensure all bank accounts, Client and Office, are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner. You will iaise closely with the wider finance team across Peterborough and London. This role would suit an aspiring legal finance professional looking to get their foot into the dorr, with fastest growing Law frm in the UK. AAT and some experience in a similiar volune role, within a medium to large sized business is key. This role involves but is not limited to: Reconcile bank accounts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and resolve all reconciling items within a prompt timeframe. Ensure that any duplicate payment/receipt, or other potential errors or omissions are identified promptly and immediately communicated to the relevant department and personnel. Timely postings of receipts and payments in all designated and COP accounts Ensure that all bank reconciliations are complete for monthly review by Senior Finance Management and Client accounts are provided to the COFA for sign off.
