We are delighted to be working with a fantastic independent digital marketing agency, to recruit an ambitious Digital Admin Assistant into their growing team.
This position will be pivotal in ensuring the agency stays organised and efficient. Working alongside the operations, project, and client comms teams, you'll be responsible for:
- maintaining and updating a digital filing system
- supporting client onboarding and creating welcome packs and contracts
- uploading and scheduling content
- formatting and preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- updating projects with tools such as Monday.com
- coordinating meeting bookings and agendas
- supporting on some elements of finance admin
- updating the internal CRM system
Experience
- exceptional organisational skills
- tech-savvy and confident in using digital skills
- excellent communication skills
- ideally have previous experience in an agency or creative team
- confident and cool under pressure
Remuneration
£25-28k depending on experience, training budget and regular 121's to support your development.
