HSE Officer Role Purpose Reporting directly to the QHSE & Compliance Manager you will work closely with the operational team. The HSE Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the HSE Strategy, under both ISO 45001 & 14001 management systems. Work with the Production Team and Facilities Managers to deliver safe systems of work, H&S solutions (including some training) consistency and visible support. The Health and Safety Officer will support the QHSE & Compliance Manager to create, communicate and drive a robust and interactive HSE culture through the business, positively impacting on preventing accidents and incidents, reducing insurance claims, and contributing to the achievement of current objectives and targets. Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: To support the QHSE & Compliance Manager in developing and maintaining all elements of the HSE Management System and ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 across the business Support the development and proactive HSE service throughout the business, with a focus on compliant, commercial and practical cost-effective solutions.
