Head of Automation Design

Following the successful delivery on recent strategic initiatives, I’m proud to be working exclusively with the Director of Transformation of a leading organisation to appoint a Head of Automation Design – a pivotal senior leadership role shaping the future of automation within their high-performing supply chain.

This is an opportunity to sit at the heart of major transformation, reporting directly into the Director of Transformation. You’ll be instrumental in designing and delivering next-generation automation solutions, leading initiatives with capital investments in the hundreds of millions — the kind that will set new benchmarks in the industry

We're looking for a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for innovation. You’ll combine sharp attention to detail with strong commercial and influencing skills, capable of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive best-in-class outcomes. This role requires someone who can inspire, lead, and bring people with them through change.
