Lettings Manager / Negotiator (Commercial) - £38-50k basic - Littlehampton
We are working with a privately owned, multi-generational Property Investment & Development Company with extensive Commercial and Residential Assets across the South and South East of England.
Within their commercial Property team, they are now looking to hire a Lettings Manager / Negotiator as follows:
- Working office based in West Sussex (so you must live in or close to)
- High specification commercial portfolio spanning offices, logistics, retail warehousing, industrial and trade counter premises
- Develop and manage marketing plans relating to premises being marketed for LET (our client develops, LETS and manages its own stock; they do not act as agents for other landlords' properties)
- Engage with potential tenants, matching their needs with properties available
- Undertaking viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiating rents and terms according to the needs of the business and tenants
- Handle tenant selection, lease/licence agreements, and property records
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure due process
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners
You may come from either a Commercial or Residential Property Lettings background and have a thorough understanding of the Lettings process and related regulatory framework.
Salary for the successful Lettings Manager / Negotiator will start at up to £50k basic OR less if you would prefer a commission led package.
