We are currently seeking an Onsite Graphic Packaging Manager to join our team on an initial one year contract. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with your onsite time being spent on client site in Central London.
In this role, you will provide day to day support to the Client marketing teams on the development of all packaging, whilst collaborating with our Creative Teams, Operations and Studio. You will need to showcase an ability to work within teams, as well as demonstrate the independence and resourcefulness demanded by an agile and highly dynamic client and agency environment. As a strong communicator, you will be able to facilitate communication with all stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
This role represents an outstanding opportunity for a packaging/print project management professional to step into an autonomous role working with a household name client, and for a business that is entering into an exciting phase of growth.
What you'll do:
- Support the marketing teams in translating projects into relevant Packaging Briefings
- Coordinate the artwork production with onsite teams and external partners
- Review and approve artwork files for compliance with Design Guidelines and Packaging Briefings
- Ensure quality delivery and graphic consistency in packaging ranges.
- Provide the client with clear visibility on the timing and ensure the deadlines are met.
- Ensure client satisfaction regarding our service quality, and responsiveness.
- Consistently manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Actively participate in continuous process improvement to support Digital Transformation
What you'll have:
- 3/4 years design/pre-press agency experience in project management, or similar role on the client side.
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and experience managing packaging artwork projects from brief development through to print execution.
- A collaborative, positive and solutions focused-mindset and proactive problem-solver.
- Agile and independent, with the desire to take the initiative on projects and learn/grow.
- Unparalleled attention-to-detail and quality. Ability to evaluate and approve artwork files for accuracy.
- Business professional fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in various project management tools. Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be highly advantageous.
