Orion are partnered with a heavy industrial manufacturing business located in Morecombe, who are recruiting for a confident and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.
Required Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of welding and fabrication processes
- Background in manufacturing, ideally heavy industry
- Ability and confidence to galvanise a team to maximise productivity within a shop floor
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to use a variety of tools & equipment
- Ability to read and fully understand mechanical drawings
- Experience working in welding and fabrication would be advantageous but not essential
- Ideally will have experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work confidently with cross departmental teams
