Robert Half are working in partnership with a rapidly growing, forward-thinking business near Cirencester to recruit a newly created Management Accountant role to join their finance team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting role that will be heavily involved with preparing the monthly management accounts, financial analysis and business partnering with various stakeholders. The Management Accountant will play an integral part in the company's growth prospects and will have scope to develop and up-skill in the near future. The salary is between £34,000 - £40,000 plus study support, hybrid working and other excellent benefits.
The Role
- Preparing the monthly management accounts.
- Preparing the annual budget and forecast.
- Variance analysis.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Presenting data and management information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in preparing management accounts.
- Ideally an ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier.
- Strong attention to detail.
