What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching students 1:1 or in small groups — at their level, on their terms
- Planning and delivering creative, personalised lessons
- Working in relaxed, community-based settings (not classrooms)
- Building strong, supportive relationships with students and families
- Collaborating with professionals to give each learner the wraparound care they need
- Celebrating every milestone — academic and emotional
Who We’re Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) — essential
- Experience with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, ASD, ADHD, or similar needs
- Confident teaching independently in non-school environments
- Creative, calm, and adaptable in your approach
