Housekeeper Job – Knutsford Cheshire – 28/30 hours per week – £21.50+ per hour (£31,300 gpa + negotiable)
Exclusively with Greycoat Lumleys – Our client is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join a household team working at a large property in Knutsford. You will be working as part of a small team as a hands on cleaner and the client is looking for candidates who are professional, detail-oriented and who have previous experience in a similar role. They are especially interested in candidates who might have worked in the yacht industry or within private households for HNW individuals.
Main duties will be:
- Hands on cleaning, deep cleaning, maintenance of all household interiors and exteriors, ensuring immaculate standards at all times.
- Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, luxury finishes and artwork in line with professional guidelines.
- Manage laundry, ironing, wardrobe management and organisation as required.
- Assist with household organisation including preparation of guest areas.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury environments such as superyachts or private estates / households.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Strong knowledge of specialist cleaning products and techniques.
- Professionalism, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the households needs and schedules.
- Must be dog friendly.
- Excellent references and Enhanced DBS check required
Hours 28 to 30 hours per week normally Monday to Friday (6 hours per day could be 9-3, 10-4 for example).
Salary Employed based on £21.50+ per hour, circa £31,300+ GPA (this is negotiable depending on experience)
