Job Title: Mechanical Engineer / Fitter Location: Rochdale, Lancashire Salary: £36,300 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM Friday: 7:15 AM – 12:15 PM Contract Type: Permanent The Role: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Fitter to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will work in a shop-floor environment, primarily involved in building and fitting large machinery for the recycling and agricultural sectors. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fit large-scale recycling and agricultural machinery. Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings. Meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Ensure the highest standards of quality in all work performed.
