The role:
As a HVAC Engineer your role will consist of:
- To provide repair and maintenance services throughout the hotel.
- Ensure maintenance services provided achieve the required Company’s standard.
- Collaborating with Vendor engineers & managers to integrate and optimize HVAC systems in building designs.
- Conducting and supervising installations and ensuring conformity with engineering designs and standards.
- Performing and overseeing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Air conditioning, Ventilation, system inefficiencies, and mechanical malfunctions of Hotels.
- Preparing technical documentation and system reports for compliance and maintenance records.
The requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
- F-Gas Certification (Compulsory).
- Previous hotel or complex building engineering background.
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ Diploma in Heating & Ventilation.
- Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability of handling more than one job at a time.
- To be able to work as per duty roster.
