The role:

  • To provide repair and maintenance services throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure maintenance services provided achieve the required Company’s standard.
  • Collaborating with Vendor engineers & managers to integrate and optimize HVAC systems in building designs.
  • Conducting and supervising installations and ensuring conformity with engineering designs and standards.
  • Performing and overseeing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Air conditioning, Ventilation, system inefficiencies, and mechanical malfunctions of Hotels.
  • Preparing technical documentation and system reports for compliance and maintenance records.

The requirements:

  • F-Gas Certification (Compulsory).
  • Previous hotel or complex building engineering background.
  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ Diploma in Heating & Ventilation.
  • Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Ability of handling more than one job at a time.
  • To be able to work as per duty roster.
