The Role:
- Handling incoming calls & enquiries relating to claims
- Setting up new customer accounts on the internal systems
- Collecting & reviewing documents from third parties to support claims
- Updating customers with the progress of their claims
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Ensuring all information is accurate and systems are kept up to date
The Person:
- Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- A confident communicator with a professional & friendly manner
