Key Responsibilities:- Manage a varied client portfolio spanning sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, each with distinct turnovers, sizes, and complexities.
- Oversee and provide OMB client accounts and tax advice, including planning.
- Review Ltd company, sole trader, and partnership accounts and tax work.
- Direct Client contact.
- Contribute to the practice's marketing efforts.
- Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the practice's future.
- Supervise and manage staff.
- Possession of ACA/ACCA qualifications with a minimum of 5 years in a practice setting.
- Previous roles as a Manager or Senior Manager or Partner within an accountancy practice, showcasing your depth of expertise.
- Experience in client management, people management, or business development would be advantageous.
- Our client is offering a highly competitive salary and remuneration package in the region of Β£50,000- Β£65,000, depending on experience.
