Job Title: Senior Practitioner – Safeguarding Location: London Borough of Haringey Salary: £50,574 – £53,607 per annum Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (36 hours per week) Closing Date: Sunday 27 April 2025 Interview Date: Week commencing 5 or 12 May 2025 (via Teams or at 48 Station Road) The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join Haringey\’s Safeguarding & Support Service – a fast-paced, supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality interventions for children and families in need of longer-term support. This role is ideal for a skilled and confident practitioner ready to take the next step in their career, helping to lead best practice and mentor junior colleagues. You will manage complex cases involving child protection, children in need, and Public Law Outline (PLO) pre-proceedings. You\’ll deliver timely, evidence-based assessments and plans, ensuring the voice of the child shapes your intervention at every stage.
