Role: Senior CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer Location: Remote working (projects across North West) Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + excellent benefits package Sector: Property & Construction consultancy WRG is supporting a property & construction consultancy that has been established for over 30 years. The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM/ Principal Designer to oversee a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects (residential, education, public sector, leisure, education, office and retail). The role would be focused around Manchester and the North West, where our clients key relationships are based.
