TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Private Client Lawyer, at Partner level. This is an exciting opportunity with a growing national law firm. Our clients' Private Client (wealth) planning is a top tier department. Many of their clients have significant business and/or agricultural interests. Very often these relationships are long-standing and generate continued business across multiple departments. The firm's reputation in the local market generates many new referrals and the service level their people provide means the department benefits from internal referrals and continued quality work with a significant proportion being of high net worth.
Due to a planned retirement, they are now offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer who wants to take the lead and further develop the team, ensuring the office's continued success. This is a key strategic hire and will enable the right candidate to develop the office how they see fit with the wider support of the national Private Client leadership team. The appointee does not necessarily need to bring a client following, as they will be expected to nurture an existing client group and use their already developed relationship skills to network and build on the back of the team's exceptional reputation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10 Plus PQE: The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal practice.
- Experience as a Partner: Prior experience as a partner within a law firm indicates the ability to take on a leadership role and contribute significantly to the firm's success.
